He was very knowledgeable and pointed out some things the realtor was not aware of. I received the report the next day. Format of report was easy to read, noting the issues we discussed. Overall, very pleased with the service. I would use Jim again if there was a need in the future, and highly recommend him.

I got to the house about 30 minutes before the inspection was finished. Jim talked me through the items he found and sent a very detailed report the same day. I highly recommend this company!
