We recently purchased our home, and the inspection was performed the day after it was ordered, and I received the report that same afternoon. The inspection was very detailed, and the homeowner ended up fixing many things that weren't even agreed upon in our sales contract. Hopefully, it will be many years before I need another home inspection, but I will use Champ when I do.
