Jim was very responsive when contacted. When he showed up at the location he was very professional and thorough with the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out some things the realtor was not aware of. I received the report the next day. Format of report was easy to read, noting the issues we discussed. Overall, very pleased with the service. I would use Jim again if there was a need in the future, and highly recommend him.
