We ended up using Jim twice for home inspections and were very happy. The inspection was thorough and the walkthrough was super helpful for us to understand and prioritize the list of things to upgrade and repair.

Highly recommended by our daughter, we were extremely pleased with the presentation of the inspection. The report contained detailed descriptions and photos throughout the interior and exterior of the home. Jim identified several problems that we would not have known about until they had became issues months after closing. The highest rating I can give is that I would call him again if we ever bought another home. It's now 5 years later and we called on Jim Champ, again.
