I was very pleased with Champ Home Inspection. Jim was thorough with his inspection and explained everything clearly. His report helped me in deciding to purchase my home. The things that need attention are so well documented out, I can use my report as a guide to address them. They were recommended by daughter and I wasn't disappointed. Now I'll recommend them as well.

They were fantastic with communicating with me and were very clear about everything. They were very thorough in their report and had a comment about every part of the home. Thank you!

Erik is an excellent inspector! I used him twice during my house hunt (May 2022 & Jan 2023). Both times he arrived at scheduled time and did an excellent job. He was both knowledgeable and professional. He inspected both properties attentively and has excellent communication skills. He's very detailed oriented and explained issues understandably. After his inspections, I felt confident in my final decisions as a first time home buyer in this crazy market. Overall experience could not have been better! Highly recommended Champ Home Inspections!

Overall one of the best and most detailed home inspectors I have encountered in the industry. He also is very easy to communicate with when explaining the home inspection results. Buying a home is overwhelming when trying to understand the repairs to be needed. Jim will hold the clients hand and answer all questions so they are clear what they are buying into. Highly recommend!

Jim was very through and explained everything to us. Scheduling was really easy and they were so patient with out scheduling issues. Can’t recommend them enough. Awesome job.

Hi Jim,
Thanks a lot for your work which has been very useful for me. I am stopping the sale immediately, there was not such a leak in the living room when I visited the condo.  Your report is avoiding me to do a big mistake.
I will contact you again for the next condo or house, I would like to buy.

Best regards,
Solene V.

Thank you very much!  It was nice meeting you.

Jim – I apologize that’s it’s taken me a week to tell you thank you so much for inspecting our new home.  My husband and I both really appreciated your hard work and thoroughness.  You have helped us to have a sense of certainty and peace as we close on our house.  Thank you so much for taking the time to explain everything in detail to my husband and for the very clear, understandable written report.  Thank you also for your willingness and flexibility with what turned out to be a changing schedule.  If you ever need a referral we’d be happy to volunteer.  Thanks again.

Thanks Jim.  Looks like you did a very good job.  My family and I thank you very much for your efforts.

Best regards,
