Jim Champ co-founded Champ Home Inspections, Inc. in 2003. He serves as President and Senior Inspector. Jim’s background includes thousands of inspections throughout the entire Metro Atlanta area and north Georgia. Jim holds International Code Council certifications in building, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Jim is also mold certified, radon certified and termite certified as a licensed pest control operator in Georgia.

Jacque Champ co-founded Champ Home Inspections, Inc. with Jim Champ in 2003. Jacqueline serves as Vice-President and oversees daily operations. Her background includes seventeen years of accounting and office management.
ERIK LINSO
INSPECTOR
Erik Linso started assisting Champ Home Inspections, Inc. in 2013. Erik’s background includes over 20 years as a licensed general contractor and an appraiser. Erik provides our clients with a very thorough home inspection and a detailed report.
